Privacy and the documentation self-audit

Information you provide

When you view your results, this services website saves your industry, role, answers, score, and recommended priorities in its own database. The Writing Studio can review these responses through a protected owner dashboard. The self-audit does not use the separate Writing Studio practice app’s accounts or database.

Emailing your results

Your email address is collected only if you request an emailed copy. With your consent, your results, industry, role, and email address are sent to you and to The Writing Studio. Resend processes these results emails. This request does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Service protection

The service uses an owner-session cookie for dashboard sign-in and hashed request identifiers for rate limiting. Audit answers, submission tokens, passwords, and email addresses are not included in application error logs.

Website analytics

When website analytics is enabled, we measure actions such as starting and completing the self-audit, requesting a results email, and booking a call. Custom events do not include your answers, score, industry, role, email address, submission identifiers, or owner credentials.
